Canadian customers can request an invoice based in CAD.
Our products are designed and researched by our own design team. The end product is produced by suppliers who use our specifications and computer aided designs. Successful product development to our requirements is expensive and time consuming so not all products at the time of order placement might be available to ship immediately. We will inform you of potential problems or delays.
Orders of in-stock items are packaged and shipped promptly. We will issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Items that are back ordered or still pending release can be issued credit if the delay is excessive or we cancel the project. Refunds on these projects will be issued if the project does not go ahead and it is requested.
If you have received an email stating an article has shipped and no product has arrived within 30 days of the email, please contact us.
Changes on existing orders can be made however a 15% restocking fee may apply in certain situations.
